— Your data
Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
This page explains how your personal data is handled on this site. It covers only simple, minimal processing — no reselling, no advertising profiling.
Data controller
Guillaume Kick, sole trader — 10 rue des Varennes, 71640 Mercurey, France. For any question: hello@guillaumekick.com.
Contact form
When you write to me through the form, I collect your name, email address and message — solely to reply and assess your request.
Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Email delivery is handled by the Resend service. This data is kept for up to three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Booking
To book a discovery call, I collect your name, email address and time zone. The meeting takes place over video using Jitsi; the confirmation and calendar file (.ics) are sent to you by email via Resend.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request. This data is kept for as long as needed to arrange the meeting, then archived or deleted.
Audience measurement
Site traffic is measured anonymously and without cookies. No personal data is collected: there is no persistent identifier, only a salted, non-reversible daily hash that cannot be linked to an individual.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest in understanding the site’s audience. Being anonymous and cookieless, this measurement requires neither a banner nor consent.
Cookies
The site uses no advertising, tracking or audience-measurement cookies — traffic is measured without cookies. A single, strictly functional cookie remembers the language you have chosen (French or English). No consent or banner is therefore required.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted by Vercel, the database by Neon, email delivery by Resend and video by Jitsi. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; data is shared with them only for the purposes described above, with appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@guillaumekick.com.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
